Overview of Morning By Morning

There are currently 6 primary features available on Morning by Morning’s website.

1. Daily Inspiration. There are 5 parts to the Daily Inspiration: (i) a greeting and introduction, (ii) scripture reading and commentary, (iii) a daily proverb, (iv) a piece of spiritual fruit, and (v) a concluding prayer.


2. Scripture Reading- 6 versions. Six versions of the Bible are in public domain and thus, available on Morning by Morning’s website at no cost:
World English Bible (WEB), King James 1611 (KJV), American Standard 1901, Douay-Rheims, Young’s Literal Translation, and Webster’s Bible.

3. Scripture Search. Pick any word or phrase you like, and search for it in different versions of the Bible, or in specific sections of the Bible. You may narrow your search criteria to an exact phrase, or include all scriptures with any of the words.

4. Bible Dictionary. Easton’s Bible Dictionary has been licensed to Morning by Morning, and is available for your research. All proper names of the Bible are listed, as well as a host of common words like “manger, fruit, king, “ etc.

5. Daily Personalization for Women or Men. A short addition to the daily Inspiration is a Personalization written specifically for women and one for men. More categories of Personalizations will be added as interest in them accrues, and quality material is provided from dedicated writers.

6. Library. Currently, there are a host of historical writings from people such as John Wesley, St. Augustine, Charles Spurgeon, Brother Lawrence, Thomas Aquinas, John Calvin, and Andrew Murray, among many others. There is an atlas with 150 color maps of biblical regions, with the ability to zoom in for detailed areas of interest. Links are included to all of Matthew Henry’s Concise Commentaries of the Bible.
